Since my district has gone 1:1, my teaching life has changed drastically. For me, I can multi-media text set and hyperdoc my brains out! For my students, they have so many opportunities we didn’t have when we were in school: They have access to – more personalized learning experiences, authentic audiences, collaboration with peers across the world, exploration of real-world solutions for real-world problems, online resources of various types, live news from all over the world, etc. We aren’t in Kansas anymore folks.
Anyway, if you haven’t played with multi-media text sets, yet. It’s time. Especially if you are 1:1.
